The Hersey Cow project is a breeding program developed by Karl & Nancy Falster on their Cattle Ranch in Wood County Texas. The objective is to develop an Old World type cow that excels in Beef and personal milking ability, with dependable expected prodigy. This cow is a cross between the Miniature Registered Hereford and the Old World Jersey Cow. Corresponding breeders are welcomed to come along side and participate with their own experiences and or thoughts on the trail to developing the HERSEY Cow™.
